재무부 (“MPI”)는 2018년3월30일에 재무부에 의해 국내생산이 가능한 것으로 간주된기계, 장비, 예비 부품, 전문 운송 수단, 원재료, 반제품등 상품목록을 대체하는 제01/2018/TT-BKHDT호 시행규칙을 발표했습니다.
2018년3월30일, 계획투자부 (Ministry of Planning and Investment, “MPI”)는 제01/2018/TT-BKHDT호 시행규칙(“제01호 시행규칙”)을 발표, 계획투자부가 국내생산이 가능한 것으로 간주하는 상품목록 (기계, 장비, 예비부품, 전문 운송수단, 원자재, 반제품 등) 수정 및 대상을 확대했습니다.
해당 목록은 수입관세 및 VAT를 부과되지 않은 대상상품을 판단하는 근거로 사용될 예정입니다.

The Ministry of Planning and Investment has recently issued Circular No. 01/2018/TT-BKHDT dated 30 March 2018 (“Circular 01”) to replace and supplement the Lists of machineries, equipment, spare parts, specialized means of transport, raw materials, supplies and semi-finished products manufactured domestically.
These lists would be used to determine goods not subject to VAT, or not entitled to duty exemption.
